TheraB Medical Products Welcomes New Clinical Advisor, Dr. David K. Stevenson, MD, and Expands Relationship with Stanford University
[PALO ALTO, CA] — TheraB Medical Products, a medical technology company focused on improving neonatal care, is pleased to announce that Dr. David K. Stevenson has joined its Advisory Board as a Clinical Advisor.
Dr. Stevenson is a renowned neonatologist and an esteemed professor at Stanford University's School of Medicine. With over three decades of experience in neonatology and perinatal research, he has made significant contributions to the field and has been instrumental in advancing care for premature infants.
As a member of TheraB Medical's Clinical Advisory Board, Dr. Stevenson will provide valuable insights and guidance for the ongoing development of TheraB’s innovative medical devices focused on improving neonatal health. His expertise will play a crucial role in shaping the company's product strategies, ensuring they align with the latest medical advancements and address the specific needs of healthcare professionals and patients. Dr. Stevenson's research focuses on bilirubin production in the developing neonate, as well as the diagnoisis and treatment of neonatal jaundice. He has published extensively on these topics and has received numerous awards for his groundbreaking contributions to the field.
Additionally, TheraB Medical is excited to work in collaboration with members of Stanford School Of Medicine's Maternal and Child Health Research Institute (MCHRI) to investigate the impact of SnugLit through collaborative research and facility based pilots.
